テキサス州：大雨の後、土曜日にヒューストン周辺の地域が高水に浸水し、すでに乗組員が濁水に浸かった家や屋上、道路から400人以上を救出している。他の人たちは自分の財産から避難する準備をしました。
ヒューストンからテキサス州東部の田舎までの広い地域が水没し、狩猟監視員らがエアボートに乗って腰の高さの水の中を駆け抜け、避難が間に合わなかった人やペットを救出した。水位が上昇して車と家の周囲を囲む中、乗組員の１人は家族と犬３匹を乗せた。
